Unleavened Bread
The Feast of Unleavened Bread required everyone to remove leaven (symbolic of sin) from their lives, from the food that they ate, even from their homes.
We see Yeshua in that Matzah: unleavened, pierced, bruised and striped….. all pictures of Yeshua.
Firstfruits
During the 7-day Feast of Unleavened Bread, on the first day of the week, all of Israel was required to present their Firstfruits offering of the Barley harvest. And it was also on the first day of the week during Unleavened Bread that Yeshua rose from the dead — the Firstfruits Offering of the all the Old Testament Saints!
