The Psalm 83 War

Psalm 83 Slides (PDF)
Psalm 83 War (PPTX)

Psalm 83 is a prayer concerning Israel and her enemies that surround her.  2/3 of the Psalm describes those (Islamic) nations that are Israel’s direct neighbors.  The Psalm ends with an imprecatory prayer (to bring curses down) upon those nations.  There is a difference of understanding whether this is merely the Psalmist’s desire that those nations be destroyed, or confirmation of their destruction.

We explore here the concept that those nations are, in fact, destroyed.  And that event would lead to the next great battle …. Gog & Magog in Ezekiel 38.
